Linda Pinizzotto is the Founder of the Condo Owners Association.  In March 2010 she created the COA to advocate the Ontario Provincial Government to update the Condo Act 1998 for better enforcement, accountability and governance of Condo Boards and for mandatory licensing of Property Management Firms and Managers.  In 2012, COA succeeded when the Government agreed to  "Build a Better Condo Act 

Linda Pinizzotto was Knighted Dame of the Order of St George, received the King Charles III Coronation Pin and is an Ambassador of Global Woman's Peace Federation. Inc.
